The office staff of BEAM plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Our office staff members are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming environment, and supporting the overall mission of the company in delivering top-notch psychological services to schools and students.
Tracy enjoys helping others and chose to pursue a degree in the helping professions that would better enable her to do so. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from California State University, Dominguez Hills. During her time there she also received her Certificate in Meeting and Event Planning to complement her professional skills.

Tracy has 14 years of secretarial experience; of which over 10 have been served in the California public school system including LAUSD and DUSD. While working with Downey Unified School District, Tracy spent 5 years in the Special Education Department serving students with exceptional needs and their families. During this time, Tracy also attended California State University, Los Angeles' Post-Baccalaureate Communication Disorders Program and received her Speech and Language Pathology Assistant License. Tracy hopes to utilize her skills, training, and education to continue to help and support BEAM, LLC and those in need of its services.
With over 8 years of invaluable experience in Customer Service and Office Administration roles, Taylor has cultivated a unique skill set that seamlessly blends her commitment to service with her administrative expertise.

Taylor's journey into the realm of psychology began with her role as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she provided unwavering support to diverse students within the Fullerton Joint Union High School District. Through this experience, she discovered her true calling – to have a positive and lasting impact on the lives of students and their families. Drawing inspiration from her hands-on involvement in psychology, Taylor's aspirations reach even further. Her desire to contribute more profoundly to the field led her to set her sights on someday pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology.
Sydney graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science at California State University, Los Angeles. During her time there, she has been on the Dean’s List all semesters, graduated with Summa Cum Laude and from the Honors College by completing a thesis and conducting research. Sydney is an experienced secretary as she held secretarial positions in the California Scholarship Federation, the National Honors Society, and in Cal State LA’s Student Dietetics Association. She was also the Vice President of the Student Dietetic Association, won first place in two research symposiums in college and at the California Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Annual Conference, and was the past valedictorian of her high school. She also has past experience as a student intern working at LA Metro and is currently a real estate agent. Driven by her passion to help others and her traits of determination and perseverance, she takes pride in providing the best quality service possible in interacting with and aiding BEAM employees and contractors who work to help students with disabilities.
With a solid foundation in psychology, Whitney graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside. Her academic journey laid the groundwork for her passion for making a difference in the lives of children.
Whitney's journey took a significant turn when she immersed herself in the world of working with children, particularly those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a Social Skills Specialist, she honed her skills in fostering positive behavioral changes and enhancing social interactions. This role not only showcased her ability to connect with young clients but also highlighted her talent for collaborative engagement with parents, a testament to her commitment to holistic development.

Through her experiences, Whitney recognized her calling to further her education and expand her impact. Presently, she is a dedicated graduate student at Chapman University, pursuing her Ed.S. in School Psychology. This pursuit of advanced education reflects her determination to evolve into a School Psychologist, armed with the knowledge and skills to address the diverse needs of students within an educational context.
Kathy graduated from the esteemed University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. During her time at UC Riverside, Kathy's innate passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others drove her to take on various roles that exemplified her commitment. As a COPE Health Scholar at Kaiser Permanente, she immersed herself in the intricacies of patient care, demonstrating her empathy, attentiveness, and eagerness to contribute to a patient-centric environment. Beyond clinical pursuits, Kathy also showcased her dedication to inclusivity by serving as a cabinet member of the American Sign Language Club, underscoring her belief in the power of effective communication and accessibility in healthcare settings. With a solid foundation in the medical and dental field, Kathy seamlessly applies her experience to enhance the operational efficiency of BEAM.
After completing her undergraduate studies, Kathy's unwavering enthusiasm for the healthcare field led her to pursue a career in dentistry. Recognizing the pivotal role of oral health in overall well-being, she embarked on a new educational journey at Pasadena City College. As a current student, Kathy is diligently working towards obtaining her license in dental hygiene, further deepening her expertise in healthcare and her ability to provide essential services to individuals in need. Kathy's unique perspective, attention to detail, and dedication to collaborative success make her committed to serving students, schools, and communities.
